About our founder, Jay Rosen
Born and raised in Washington, DC, Jay has over 20 years of experience in cross-cultural communications, cultural diplomacy, project & team management, customer/investor relations, and group facilitation.
Before founding Ḥayyati, Jay served as the CEO of a public relations agency and COO of its parent media company; the director of an international graduate degree program in conflict resolution; and as a coordinator and consultant to several cross-cultural non-profit organizations. Additionally, Jay has founded several social engagement initiatives and volunteers in his spare time.
Jay is conversant to fluent in four languages, a self-taught mixologist, and has planned to travel to Japan ever since he was four years old.
